This is the worst Subway location I've ever been to, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Simply put, there aren’t enough vegetables, cheese, or meat—barely enough to cover the bun. I’m usually a big fan of Subway, but this location only deserves a 1 out of 10.

I stopped by today to grab a sub, but I wish I had gone to Moncton instead. There's no way the bread I received was baked fresh today—it was incredibly dry. Normally, Subway has the freshest sub rolls, but when I ordered my usual with herbs today, it was so crusty that I might as well have requested it toasted (which I don’t like). Additionally, one of the staff members seemed to be rushing me; she kept asking if I wanted a meal and how I would pay while the other employee was still taking my order for toppings. I felt like telling her I would pay once I was done picking my toppings and ready to head to the cash register. It was so frustrating!

I ordered a foot-long steak sub, but the employee only added two small scoops that barely covered the bun. When I asked if I could get a little more to adequately cover the sandwich, she replied that it would be an extra charge. It’s frustrating to have to pay at least $15 for a sandwich that's not even properly filled. What a disappointment!

WE used to go in there a lot but that all ended with our first complaint. They come out with a chicken breast sandwich a month or two ago. My wife drove up there to pick up 2 chicken sandwiches for our supper. She asked for them to be cooked FRESH. They were ready immediately, not really long enough to cook fresh. When she got home {we live about a mile away} the chicken was tough and we could not eat it, too chewy. I personally felt that the chicken was NUKED.I filed a complaint online expecting an apology firstly and then expected an offer to replace the chicken sandwiches which was the proper thing to do if your customer is unhappy. Her comment was that the chicken was not NUKED but no real apology, just Sorry. There was no offer to replace the sandwiches so I replied again and told them what I thought. It didn't matter ,they did apologize and ended with no offer to please me as a customer, just commented they hoped to see us again at the Subway location. I am in my 70's and am a professional and this is the first time on a complaint that I wasn't met with an offer to MAKE THINGS RIGHT. I have told all my friends about this incident and many, like me will NEVER go back. It was not the money as much as principle and fairness.
