Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Beautiful wood paneling and tasteful decorations create a homey, comfortable atmosphere in which to enjoy delicious, succulent chicken. We had boneless wings and tenderloins. The wings were flavored with buffalo garlic sauce and the sweet and spicysauce. The wings were a nice size, allowing for 2-3 solid bites from each wing. The tenderloins had 4 bites per piece and weresuper soft and succulent. The staff were cheerful and friendly, and the food was prepared quickly. The bathroom was clean.

Think we've found our new chicken place! Ever since Bojangles stopped carrying the homestyle chicken, our young kids find it too spicy. With the family pack, we get two meals out of it. That's awesome!

The location on Jake has a wonderful atmosphere, but all their locations offer excellent food.

I am giving them a low rating due to my experience with the Zaxby's rewards program and mobile app. I placed an order for the free Snax Box, but the app wouldn't allow me to do so. When I tried again the next day, it said it couldn't verify my account, and by the time I tried once more, my free reward had expired. This has really frustrated me, as the app doesn’t seem to properly honor rewards, and the closing times are not accurate. Overall, it has made the experience quite complicated.

When we arrived at the window, we noticed an employee standing outside, which raised safety concerns for us. No one taking orders had advised us to proceed with caution given that a worker was at the window handling orders and payments, especially since their parking lot was under construction, preventing us from pulling forward after leaving the window. After receiving our food and driving off, we checked it at the bottom of the lot, only to find it was the Kickin Chicken Sandwich we hadn’t ordered—complete with three small chicken tenders, pickles, and toast. So, we had to turn around and go back through the drive-thru to explain the mix-up. Fortunately, they got it right on the second attempt. The food was great, but the service was just okay, and the situation with the employee standing outside felt unsafe for us.
