Krispy Kreme Doughnuts - Salisbury

During a long drive back north, I was craving some Krispy Kreme and decided to go out of my way and stop to grab a treat. I was glad I did! The gentleman working was amazing! Being from the North, I always heard about southern hospitality, but didn’t experience it much. However, this guy from KK left me with wanting to stay in NC. I wish I remembered his name but hopefully he knows how much we appreciated him!

Went there a week ago with family and got dozen assorted doughnuts. Got home and they were old and nasted nasty. Called and the manager took my name and number and said they will replace them for free. Well went there on Easter Sunday and for them. Got home and they were once again old and gross. That is a lot of money to spend only to get old ones not once but twice. I won't be going there anytime soon again.

I got the chocolate Creme filled donuts and they had almost no creme in them. Those are my favorite and I was so disappointed to when I went to eat them only to realize they was no creme or a small trace. The rest of the donuts we ordered were fine. It was just the Chocolate creme filled that were the problem.

This was my first visit to a Krispy Kreme and the staff were SO NICE!!! They offered to take my photo and offered me a free paper hat and showed me the donut making process...which you can see through the glass wall! I had so much fun and the donuts were beautiful looking and amazing! Fresh outta the fryer was so good!! Thank you so much for everything you did to make my visit amazing!!

From out of town and had a longer stay in the area. Went to this location 2 times and both times got stale donuts. Both times I went were at different times in the day as well. Once in the morning and once in the later afternoon. Disappointed after hearing how good their donuts are.
