Taylor was our highly capable and organized server. She was friendly and managed to serve all 13 people in our group on her own. We had made a reservation in advance, but it wasn’t communicated to Taylor, so she had to quickly prepare a table for us. She handled it well! My only issue with the food was that I ordered a loaded potato, and it was so dry that I found it nearly inedible. That was disappointing since it, along with the salad bar, was supposed to be my lunch, leaving me with half of my meal uneaten! However, this wasn’t Taylor’s fault; it was something that went wrong in the kitchen.
The bartender, Eli, is friendly and polite, showing a genuine pride in her work. Even when she’s busy and juggling multiple patrons at the bar and tables, she maintains her composure and consistently delivers outstanding service to everyone. Service: Dine-in Meal Type: Lunch
Some of our standout menu items include the Pineapple Upside Down Cake, Steamed Broccoli, Avocado Turkey Burger, Bacon Cheeseburger, and the Salad Bar. Each dish is packed with flavor and sure to satisfy, ensuring a fulfilling meal. Additionally, parking is effortless at this restaurant, with ample space available in the free parking lot. You can avoid the hassle of searching for a spot; just pull in and enjoy your meal without any stress.
Not one of my better experiences with this place. We were denying a booth and the reason was because they weren't allowed to over seat areas, so we took a table. As we were waiting for the waitress the same hostess proceed to completely fill the area wewere sitting in. I took notice and so did the hostess at which time she asked if we wanted that booth now. NO!! Asked for a 1crab cake meal for my daughter only to see 2 crab cakes so the waitress could make the bill higher. Salad bar was trash tonightand it is usually my favorite. Spoke with the manager and he said that no one had spoke to him about us having a booth and thatthe hostess was wrong. All said and done he took off an appetizer and gave us a free appetizer card for next time. No thanks. Wewon't be going back.
I brought my girlfriend here because the other steak place had an hour waiting time. It was her birthday. Firstly, there was no hostess or waitress to meet us at the door and we were left standing for several minutes unattended as several employees walkedpast us. We told our waitress, when she complimented or attire and asked what the occasion was, that it was my girlfriendsbirthday. That was the best part of our experience here, the complimented attire. We both ordered sweet tea. She gotunsweetened. Appetizers came out with the main course instead of before. The utensils were plastic because, quote nobody hadwashed the silverware so my girlfriend couldn 't get a knife for the steak she ordered. She ordered the steak medium but it cameso rare that the fatty tissue was still slimy. The second steak she was offered was thinner, smaller, and just as undercooked. And she necessary for the steak sauce she asked several times for. I ordered the blackened BBQ ribs in a trio dish. They weredry and hard with just a dab of BBQ sauce. The shrimp was overcooked and hard. The waitress asked if my girlfriend would like abirthday dessert to which she replied Yes and ordered a dessert she wanted since first looking over the menu. That never came. When I stood up to look for the waitress, she was sitting at the bar on her phone. When she did make it back to the table, shehad our bill in hand without a dessert on it. It was at that time I learned that, despite being told our entrees came withsides, we were charged for sides. The whole time, there were some routy guys at the bar yelling and carrying on like they wereat a sports bar. And, even though we were seated somewhat away from them, every time someone opened the main doors we wereblasted with cold, damp wind. It was the worse sit down restaurant experience we 've ever had for $100. 0 stars if I could.
