Description

Grillado in Salisbury used to be a favorite with fantastic food and service, but recent reviews suggest a decline in quality and atmosphere post-lockdown. While some diners were put off by unfriendly staff and lackluster decor, others praised the generous portions and diverse menu. Despite mixed reviews, many still recommend Grillado for its delicious food and excellent service. Hopefully, the restaurant can address these issues and return to its former glory.

HANDS DOWN THE BEST FOOD I HAVE EVER HAD! Me and my partner had three courses and it was divine! Thanks so much too the owner and his family for making us welcome and cooking us the most beautiful food! Would highly recommend to all, we will be back for more!

It's a very nice restaurant. We were lucky enough to get seats before they closed. The food is to die for. I would call it the best Italian food in the world.

The food is superb. I had the duck and it was amazing. Scallops for a starter which were just melting in the mouth. Fantastic food highly recommended. The staff are lovely.

I cannot agree with the good reviews I read before I ate at Grillado. The 4 of us were celebrating a birthday and were hoping for a meal to remember but this will now be for the wrong reasons. I had the mussels starter which was a bowl of very thick cream and overcooked mussels. Minimal flavour and chewy. The croquettes were meatballs which atleast had flavour even though it was unusual…the main course was not what we were expecting and again was heavy on cream. The meal didn’t feel like authentic Italian, for 4 people 2 courses with no booze came to almost £200. The atmosphere wasn’t great but I cannot fault the service. The team were all very attentive and while the food was a let down the service was good. Wouldn’t recommend.
