Thanks for my soggy cup lid that wouldn?t even remain on cup. Spilt all down the sides and dripped on pants. Luckily it?s Saturday morning errands and not on my way to work. Unfortunate mishap here because their service was friendly and fast. View all feedback.
The service was awful. They messed up my drink order and reacted very rudely, insisting that I hadn't ordered it correctly.

They got my drink wrong and instead of making a new one, they just gave me the ingredients in a separate cup, saying they can't remake drinks. Just to clarify, my drink is a mocha with whipped cream—it's not that difficult.
I really appreciated the friendly and prompt service, but unfortunately, the lid of my cup was so soggy that it wouldn't stay on. This caused it to spill down the sides and get all over my pants. Thankfully, it happened during my Saturday morning errands and not on my way to work. Overall, it was just a disappointing experience.
I consistently have a wonderful experience whenever I visit Starbucks in the Salem-Keizer area.
