Faster than the several DBs I've visited on the Oregon coast this week, this DB also excels by having a better drive-through which is a single counter-clockwise circle which, thankfully, behind on a side street in stead of on the highway. This, as you wait 20 mins in line, at least you're not blocking traffic as much. View all feedback.
What Justin doesn't like about Dutch Bros Coffee:
Ive been drinking DB since the late 90's....usually love the coffee and staff, but this location-!!! A 4 car line took upwards of 15 mins because the staff wouldn't stop talking to one customer (situational awareness?? . holding up the entire line. The staff is always cheerful, friendly, and welcoming. I'm consistently amazed that they remember my favorite orders despite how busy they are!
I absolutely love their dishes! Every visit has been a great experience. However, I can't enjoy their food because it all contains dairy.
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant due to the service provided by the manager, Jess. When we encountered a technical issue with a coupon, her response was dismissive. She actually said, “What do you want me to do, read this coupon?” Well, yes, that’s part of your job! If you’re going to have such a poor attitude, perhaps customer service isn’t the right field for you. I strongly believe this manager should be let go; her behavior was completely unacceptable.
I visited the one on Mission St, which I rarely go to due to where I live, but I was in that area this day. I pulled up, and the gentleman remembered me from the one on Barnes rd and lancaster. I was surprised because I go to the other one 2 to 3xs a week and none of them remember my order. This guy did! He asked me if my order started with a large double torture. It was nice to know that at least one of them remembered.
Dutch Bros is always friendly, always great service, always good coffee. As a diabetic, I really appreciate their extensive sugar free offerings I'm able to order almost anything from the menu as SF, and at times they've made custom alterations to accommodate my needs.
