Isaac's Downtown - Salem

The food here is incredibly tasty and very reasonably priced! They offer a casual dining area as well as a sit-down section. The service is prompt and friendly, and the dishes are fantastic. There's a restroom available (just ask for the code), and the atmosphere is welcoming and suitable for kids. Food: 5/5

By 3:54 PM, I approached the counter to ask if they had received my order. The young woman simply retrieved my drink from the refrigerator and handed it to me. While the delay wasn't too long, I couldn't help but wonder why the employees didn't acknowledge that I was standing by the counter. I was the only one waiting for an online order in that area. Their lack of communication showed a concerning disregard for customers, and because of this experience, I won’t be coming back.

It's a super nice atmosphere and a great place to spend time, everything is well-designed and spacious without feeling pretentious, and the coffee is really good. A different feel to Ike's Box a few blocks away but the two are some of my favorite places in Salem.Service: 5/5

Mostly the drinks are great like the coffee, but I've order a mix bowl, refuel bowl...and the food was so spicy and poorly done, I could not finish it. I've let the waiter know and they did nothing about it. The front person did not even greet or acknowledge that I was ready to order. This place was a bummer...Food: 1/5
