The staff is very kind. And very good at their jobs I hope that they keep up the good work even though they're probably going through a lot.

Margarita is the best employee by far, for years! You get her for your order you are in good hands!

I'm delighted at the wonderful renovation at this location. The chain deserves a thumbs up for expunging the previous unwholesome setting. This restaurant is now a model of sanitation. The staff is very busy tending to the multiple orders ; therefore i understand how my server failed to place my hot hot coffee lid securely .A kindly lady by the door helped me with the uncomfortable spillage. She was very kind .I left promptly but noticed a huge fierce dog tied near the entrance.Encounters with dogs at restaurants and less than careful servers certainly spoils the day .I think in the future I'll frequent the drive through locations. Spillage and customer discomfort hold up the line and is awful for business Coffee is wonderful. Less than mindful servers and unpleasant animals I can live without.James Dennehy

Awful. They had our car towed after we had made a purchase went up the block to the candy store around the corner. We had literally just gotten to Salem, not even 2hrs there and it became ****. And I know it was the Latina manager with black lipstick. I questioned her and all she did was roll her eyes and ignore me. We ended up having to pay $143. STAY AWAY FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT! I posted a pic after we had gotten the car and came back through here, we saw they were getting ready to tow another car. The towing company told us they 're constantly calling to get car towed.
