I had breakfast at the Tim's on the corner of Lochlomond and Hickey Roads. The service was excellent thanks to the young lady at the cash. She was very personable and was definitely a ray of sunshine . Service: Dine in Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: CA$1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 View all feedback.
What Ann Taylor doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
Hi there I’ve been at this Tim hortons many times from 830 to 10. And every time they can’t serve anything o my thing they have is coffee and a few left over doughnuts. Why is the grill closed so early every night. You don’t lose u til 10. This will be my last trip there. View all feedback.
Incompetent. Have a hard time communicating with staff on every order, have had two workers try and talk to us through the microphone simultaneously on multiple occasions so you can’t understand anything. On multiple occasions I’ve been charged for cold brews and given iced coffees. Will not return. Go to the other Tim’s down the road and save yourself the headache Price per person: CA$1–10
I was there later in the evening so the choices of donuts was slim. Friendly staff, clean business. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: CA$1–10 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Inaccessible. How can you call your store ADA compliant when your bathroom stalls don't even have handles on the doors to access them. In order for a wheelchair user to open the door to the stall they need to be able to reach under the door and pull towards themselves to open it... This whole washroom is a design flaw- not only is it inaccessible it's unrealistic to assume that because an abled body person can access it that it's compliant. To top it off, the stall is barely big enough to turn a wheelchair (definitely not 59inx59in required) so that you can maneuver around and shift from the chair to the toilet. I didn't even see an emergency cord anywhere...I sincerely hope you have one since it's required ADA compliance. This is the bare minimum and you didn't meet that, do better please.
Can never get your order right at this. Tim Hortons. They don't know the difference between an ice cap and an iced coffee. Never going to Loch Lowman road Tim Hortons again Service: Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
