The food was decent, with the rice and vegetable dishes being particularly flavorful. However, the lack of combination plates and traditional appetizers like egg rolls was disappointing. We ordered four separate dishes, which arrived individually and with a significant delay between the second and third dishes. The service was also lacking. Not the nicest looking place, but please do not let that influence your decision to dine there. You won't find chicken balls. You won't find egg rolls. You won't find sweet and sour pork. What you WILL find is some amazing traditional Chinese and Korean dishes. The sizzling beef is by far my favourite, with the spicy chicken a close second. Friendly service and lots of tables. The beverage selection is a little small, but I don't go there for the choice of iced teas.
Don't let the look of this restaurant fool you...the food is amazing! If this were in a different location with a nicer decor, it would already be rated in the top 10 in Saint John. It's authentic food, made from scratch. We usually go for lunch or I order to pick up on Fridays for supper. Try it, the food is as good as Thandi or Decimal 81.
Very authentic Chinese food just like I ate before in China mainland, if you want to try real Chinese food, try this one. Recommend Mapo Tofu & Double cooked pork slices.
Absolutely delicious. You need to try this place. I had the korean spicy chicken bites, pineapple chicken, and kimchi. All were so good. I haven't heard a complaint about this place. It's not fast food -they're making it when you order, so be ready to wait a little bit. The wait is worth it.
Have been wanting to go here for quite awhile. Part of our lateness is that our going out hours, don't always much their being open hours. The lady working was lovely. Helped us understand a few menu items and how to eat some of the dishes we weren't familiar with... the dumplings alone are worth the visit. The noodles were fantastic. We'll definitely be back to work our way through the menu.
