We dropped in for a quick breakfast before hitting the road for a day of biking. The staff was accommodating to our English and our order was right when we got it. What more can you ask for? We had run over the evening before for takeout, and all was great then as well. View all feedback.
What GeorgeFMarkhamON doesn't like about Tim Hortons:
We ordered a Tea and a Cappuccino in French to avoid any translation issues. Unfortunately, we were served an ICED Cappuccino instead of a hot one. When we informed the staff of the mistake, they refused to correct it, claiming it was our problem because it was already made. To make matters worse, they only offered a straw as a peace offering. The customer service was TERRIBLE. View all feedback.

The friendly staff at the counter is always ready to assist you in selecting a donut or pastry from the wide variety displayed in the glass case. If you're a fan of donuts, you can't go wrong with any choice at this spotlessly clean and relaxed establishment. Be sure to pair your sweet treat with a delicious cup of coffee.
Upon entering the restaurant, all eyes turned to watch us for a few moments, giving off a local and welcoming vibe. Despite being very busy at 9pm, we had no issues with the service.

The pastries at Tim Hortons are better than any I have had in any similar stop in the States. There are a few in New York State but mostly Canada. I wish there were some in Maryland!
