Les Delices De La Mer

We had a quick lunch stop and were pleasantly surprised to find this very healthy option for great food. I had curried apple and shrimp salad. Soooo tasty. Others had seafood pizza and smoked salmon panini. All fresh great ingredients. Great coffees and desserts too! Great market for cheese meats and veggies - mostly local.

Lots of nice quick meals. You order at the counter and hen bring it either to a table outside or upstairs. Tasty food if a bit expensive for the portion but it's on par with everything out here.

This is a small seafood market with a focus on specialty items. We visited to buy fresh scallops, mussels, and gravalax, and were impressed with the selection. This market caters to those with refined palates. In addition to the seafood, there is a wide variety of Quebec cheeses available. Next to the market is a cafe that offers sandwiches, soups, pastries, and excellent coffee (much better than Tim Horton's). If you prefer your coffee strong, this is the place to go. They also had delicious pastries on offer.

Additionally, the market has a variety of cheese, meats, and veggies, mostly sourced locally. Overall, a fantastic dining experience.
