Absolutely the friendliest breakfast location on the coast! Out of the week visiting the coast of Georgia, this establishment has been the friendliest, with exceptional portions for the price.Kid-friendliness: An inviting kid friendly environment. View all feedback.
What Barry Smith doesn't like about Chick-fil-a:
Oof. I love Chick-fil-A, but this was the worst experience I've had. Slow, inattentive service and dry, overcooked food. Very disappointing for a chain that has been so consistently good. View all feedback.
The food was good.Caught them when not busy.Service was prompt. The store is tired and worn.

We live locally and eat at this store several times per week. They are consistently out of regular menu items in the evenings. The frustrating thing is that they will sell it to you at the cashier, then tell you when the food is ready that they are out of that item. Tonight we were served our food and not told that an item was missing. After passing out all the food to my children, I realized my meal was missing. While my children ate I spent 15 minutes at the counter asking someone to please give us the item they left off. After speaking to 3 different people I was told they are sold out of that item now. My entire family ate their meal while mom stood at the counter and got the run around about something that was already paid for 20 minutes earlier. The staff was rude when completing the refund and offered no apology or any other solution beyond refunding the $8 for the item. When I asked to speak with the manager I was told “his picture and phone number is over there on the wall if you want to talk to him”. Very disappointed, this is not the hospitality CFA is known for.
First off, all the lights were off before closing. It looked like they were closed. I drove right past it as I couldn't even see it. Ordered a 30 count and nugget kids meal and the chicken was completely cold and old. Missing some of our sauces. You get a certain amount for a 30 count and then 2 for a kids meal. We didn't even receive the full amount for the 30 count. Fries were good at least. 2 unsweet drinks, asked for extra splenda received 5 total, not enough. Everyone seemed nice enough, but the attention to detail was lacking. 30 minutes before closing, I get it, they want to go home. But people spending their money expect to still receive a decent quality experience. I wouldn't have cared if the nuggets were warm, but cold and obviously old was unacceptable. I haven't been to this chikfila in a long time, but I'd think twice about going back.
