Quixotic Coffee - Saint Paul

Very good coffee. Had an Oat Milk Latte. Was very smooth. Very well made, just the right amount of froth and at the perfect temperature. Very cute shop but a little difficult to find parking depending on the direction you come in from. Parking: There is parking but it’s a little hard to get too if you come in from the wrong direction. We parked in the lot next door and walked over.

Quixotic Coffee is my go-to favorite place for a great coffee experience. The atmosphere is charming and conducive to both relaxation and productivity, making it an ideal spot for working or unwinding. The barista is consistently welcoming and friendly, adding to the overall pleasant vibe. Their China Breakfast tea is a standout, offering a delightful and robust flavor that’s perfect for starting the day or enjoying a mid-afternoon break.

Stopped by this coffee shop today and I’m glad I did! It’s a really chill spot and it has a lot of seating/space inside. I think it would be a really good coffee shop to study at. The espresso wasn’t as robust as I like but the latte was very smooth.

First time there. Great coffee. And great space to work, study or kill time.
