Manager desperately needs to be replaced. If you have an issue with your order, you can expect to be disrespected as if it's your fault. When confronted about his attitude, he will not take any responsibility or reconcile the situation. Zero customer service skills whatsoever, which is an excellent leadership quality. Do better. Absolutely terrible service! I’m giving 1 star for the food because we never received any, and another 1 star for the atmosphere since the poor service creates an overall negative experience. The owner needs to take action and replace the person responsible for this mess; if that's the owner, they should consider selling the restaurant to someone who understands customer service and hospitality. Unfortunately, this seems to be a recurring issue at this location. At least there's a McDonald's just across the street! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1.

The manager was quite unprofessional, yelling at customers for choosing to dine indoors instead of using the drive-thru or mobile ordering. He publicly reprimanded employees for taking our order after we had already waited for 15 minutes. I witnessed him slamming drawers in frustration. I would be embarrassed to have someone like him represent my business. The employees seemed to be struggling under his attitude. Overall, the food was decent (3/5), but the service and atmosphere were both disappointing (1/5).

There was one older gentleman behind the counter and 3 or 4 cars in the drive through. I was the only customer in the store. The gentleman say Sorry, we are only taking orders one at a time since we are so busy and so understaffed. Fine by me. Quality over quantity. But this gentleman was not moving like he had a purpose. He takes a few orders, and eventually walks up to me, looks me in the eye, and asks me what I would like. When I started to answer, he cuts me off and says Sir, I TOLD you we are only taking one order at a time. You 're going to have to wait. Then he waddles away. He was talking to someone on his headpiece. BUT HE LOOKED ME IN THE EYE! Fine. I 'll wait. Then he sends one of the only other workers there on break. Fine. But then she goes behind me in line! She only has a 20 minute break for lunch, and she was to wait behind me on slowpoke behind the counter? I left and went to the Subway. Seems like a terrible place to work. This was Friday 7/27/23 around 1 or 2 pm. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
