Our family visits this restaurant once a week, so we are regular customers. We have never had an accurate order when we returned home. This particular Buffalo Wild Wings is the worst place to spend your money. We have paid for extra celery or blue cheese numerous times, but never received what we paid for. Our order has been completely incorrect on more than one occasion. Tonight, I requested additional celery after being told there was some in the bag. However, when I got home, there was no celery in the bag, and the cashier did not provide the extra celery that I paid for. We recommend saving your money and dining elsewhere. We are extremely frustrated with the service at this Buffalo Wild Wings location.
I recently visited a restaurant and was disappointed with the lack of sauce on my wings, as they were practically naked. It took a while for someone to assist me, and when they did, they left the cash register open unattended. This made me uncomfortable, as someone could have easily taken the money. The manager didn't seem concerned about the issue. However, once I received my food, the service improved and the wings were delicious. I believe they could benefit from additional training in cash handling for their staff for a better overall dining experience.

If they want a place for a quick start, it won't be their jam. we came to the time that our order should have been ready and continued to wait another 35 minutes. men who were ordered before the place received their orders before we received ours. the manager came out when he was finally finished, and “good” asked us to go. no apologies, no explanation, no attempt to help us understand how it took over an hour to prepare food for three people. it would have been faster if we were to dive than to go out. makes sense, right?
A Saturday dinner but service was awful. 2 of us got sandwiches and finished before our grandsons ever got their wings. They forgot the fries for my order and bought them 30 minutes after I finished my meal. Also staff had masks on EXCEPT they wore them either under their chin or with their nose eexpose. Why bother wearing them then?
