Located amongst a series of non-descript restaurants and bistros near St Joseph's Oratory on non-descript Cotes-des-Niege, Pho 198 is an ok place to grab a decent bowl of pho or other Vietnamese offerings. When our orders arrived, they were not quite what we'd asked for, but it was late, we were starved, and what showed up was still pretty good. No leftovers, and we did not leave hungry.
