You can tell they use qual... read more This is literally the best sushi I’ve ever had and I’ve tried a few places. SO FRESH and delicious. The price is very reasonable too. You can tell they use quality ingredients and are not cheap with cream cheese like other places. I’m pregnant and this is the only place I’d order from. (Yes you can eat sushi while pregnant in Canada). Even the ginger is delicious. The service is super friendly and you can tell the chef truly loves what he does. I will not be ordering from anywhere else. Even the presentation is beautiful! Thank you Sake!

Some of the sashimi such as the spicy scallop or spicy crab were a little too soaked with mayo and a bit watery, but still of very good quality. However, that was only minor and everything including the service was great. I even spoke to the chef and they'd mentioned they are open to special orders of sashimi outside of the regular menu if ordered 24-48 hours in advance. That's impressive!

PER... read more I have eaten at over 50+ sushi place over the course of my life and can say, without the shadow of a doubt, that this is BY FAR the best sushi place I know. PERIOD. Every single bite is incredibly tasty. Everything is fresh and made by the restaurant, even the soya sauce. The cook and owner is really really fun, joyful and talented. I felt like I had a connection with the guy, but truth is, I realize he does with everyone. He remembers his clients, is sociable and take extra interest in building good relationship with his client. My only two sad things is I wish there was ' 'rouleaux de printemps ' ', and the fact that, for me, it made all the other sushi place less appetizing! This place is a must and if your do not try it, you are missing out!
