Hardee's - Saint Joseph

This is my second review of this Hardee’s, and I'm baffled by how incredibly slow they are! I'm downgrading my rating from 2 stars to 1 because the experience was just that terrible. You might be wondering why I returned—it's because I work for DoorDash. Honestly, this place should be closed down. The service was painfully slow, and there were several cars in front of us waiting so long for their food that I was concerned we wouldn't even make it to the window to pay and pick up our order. When we finally received our food, it was cold, and they nearly got our order wrong, but I caught the error before leaving. I only gave it 2 stars because the staff was polite.

The service was quite slow, and it felt like the staff wasn't collaborating effectively. Moreover, I didn’t receive my fries for the third time. Unfortunately, this experience hasn't improved, so we are unlikely to return.

The experience here has been somewhat inconsistent. We've had some delicious hot meals, but we've also come across a few that were barely warm and not very appealing.

This restaurant serves top-notch fast food, featuring prompt service. Although it's a bit pricey, the outstanding range of coupons helps make it more affordable.

I recently had a remarkably quick experience at the drive-thru! The staff was friendly, and as noted, everything was served promptly and tasted great. While the food didn’t feel freshly cooked, it was warm enough to enjoy. I did think that $5.19 for three small strips with ranch was a bit steep, but I suppose prices are high everywhere these days. Nonetheless, it made for the perfect snack and really satisfied my craving. Well done, everyone!
