Despite this, the service remains pleasant, with attentive staff and quick service. The chicken dishes are particularly noteworthy for being tasty and well-cooked. The family-friendly environment and efficient service make it a convenient stop for those passing through. Overall, the restaurant provides a welcoming atmosphere and satisfactory dining experience for those looking for a casual meal option.
Stopped on the way home after 2 days in the Laurentides. Welcome at entrance was quick. Nice attention to young children. Nice family restaurant. Server Nathalie was very pleasant and effective at ordering. Food was brought quickly and was very good and warm.
Was my first visit at St-Hubert since back in 2008, first of all the wait time exceed 45 minutes after we were seated, i order the chicken breast, the piece was so small and a bit dry, probably my last time there.

The St-Hubert is a classic Chicken and Ribs restaurant in the province of Québec, a must try on your way to Tremblant!
We ate at the Saint-Hubert express next tot the freeway and next to the tourist information center. The quarter chicken breast came with cole slaw, bread and fries. The chicken was very good, but we felt the price was a bit high for the amount of chicken. Not sure if we would eat here again.Service was good and fast and the place was nice. The food came in a real plate and we had real utensils for our meal. Drinks came with free refills, but I was charged for a bottle of water when I asked for a cup for water which in the US is usually free.
