Last week, while on a business trip in Saint Hyacinthe, we decided to have lunch at Restaurant a la Belle Province. The restaurant is conveniently located near our hotel and has the appearance of a typical diner, but offers a unique menu featuring Québécois specialties. The portions were generous and the food was bursting with flavor. I indulged in a hot dog and a huge bowl of poutine, which left me feeling very full... View all feedback.
What Robert Leger doesn't like about Restaurant a la Belle Province:
Je suis allée en famille un vendredi très tôt ou on peut prendre le spécial matin. En commandant 2 oeufs bacon chaque personne de ma famille on s attendait au spécial lève tôt. La nourriture était pas mauvaise sauf que les patates avait un goût douteux et bizarre. Quand est venu le temps de payer elle m'a charge le gros prix...soit 1,50 de plus par assiette. Parce qu elle me dit ben tu as commande la grosse assiette... View all feedback.
Surprisingly large and clean restaurant. Deceiving from front. Super friendly staff Spoke English too! Food was great. Hot.. tasty... perfect... very reasonable. Coras is next door and the bill would have been double and not as good! Be back again!

The restaurant is conveniently located near our hotel and has the appearance of a typical diner, but offers a unique menu featuring Québécois specialties. The portions were generous and the food was bursting with flavor. I indulged in a hot dog and a huge bowl of poutine, which left me feeling very full by the end of the meal. Although the service was a bit slow, the delicious food and friendly staff made up for it. If you find yourself in the area, I highly recommend checking out this spot.
During a visit to a family member, we decided to make a quick stop at La Belle Province. While the prices were reasonable, we were disappointed by the long wait for our order of two hot dogs and one poutine. Additionally, we found the tables could have been cleaner.
Stopped here on way from Quebec City to Burlington, VT. This old-fashion fast-food-type restaurant is very clean. Burgers, chicken, roast beef, hot dogs and fries plus more on the menu. Service is quick and hot dogs and fries were very good.
The restaurant offers a wide variety of breakfast, lunch, and dinner options. The staff is friendly and accommodating, especially considering my limited French. The portions are generous and the prices are very reasonable.
