I could clearly hear employees shouting, swearing, and insulting each other. While the person taking your order is friendly and smiles at you, the one handing it over hardly acknowledges you and almost tosses your order onto the counter. I even noticed an employee sitting on the counter. I'll return because it's Tim Hortons, but the overall environment definitely needs attention. On the cleanliness front, I have no complaints.
