He insisted that it was supposed to be that way for proper cooking, but it was dark brown. We decided to order another one, and it turned out much better. My husband ordered a medium rare steak, but it arrived rare, and his baked potato was cold. My ribs were also served lukewarm. Considering the prices, I don't think this place offers good value.
