Contribute Feedback What User doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
We went out for dinner tonight. The food was average. We were seated and I had to get up and ask the hostess for table service after waiting for 20 minutes. A server took our order. Some of us opted for the buffet while I ordered from the menu. The buffet had limited choices and it took a long time for my food to arrive at the table. We went out for dinner tonight. The food was average. We were seated and I had to get up and ask the hostess for table service after waiting for 20 minutes. A server took our order. Some of us opted for the buffet while I ordered from the menu. The buffet had limited choices and it took a long time for my food to arrive at the table. The dipping sauce I ordered was forgotten (and had to be paid for). After finishing our dinner, I inquired about dessert options only to be told they only had large portions and was not given a dessert menu. The server never checked in with us or asked if everything was satisfactory. I was very disappointed and will not be returning to this restaurant.
We went out for dinner this month and the taste wasn't too bad, but we had a tough time digesting it afterwards. We were left wondering what was wrong with the pizza.

The pizza was great, but the alfredo pasta I ordered was very average. I should have known better than to order pasta at Pizza Hut.
