Was Kim Hudson at St. Augustine Fish Camp a mag?
Fantastic atmosphere right on the water, with shrimping boats moored along the shoreline. The restaurant is clean, modern, and bright. The food is excellent—fresh and absolutely delicious. The gator bites are huge and incredibly tasty, the best I've had anywhere on Florida's coast. For lunch, I tried the Royal Red shrimp appetizer special, which was outstanding. The shrimp have a lobster-like texture, and the poached... View all feedback.

We sat at the bar and were served by two amazing bartenders who were quick and friendly. I think one of them was named Louis, but both did a fantastic job. We sat at the bar and were served by two amazing bartenders who were quick and friendly. I think one of them was named Louis, but both did a fantastic job. Their recommendations were spot-on; the scallops and fried green tomato appetizers were so delicious that we completely forgot to take any photos. We also sampled the shrimp ceviche and calamari, both of which were incredibly tasty. They had a great selection of hot sauces for those who enjoy a bit of heat with their meal. There were so many other dishes on the menu that we wanted to try, so we will definitely be back again.

The food was expertly prepared. The crispy artichokes were delightful, the clams were perfectly roasted, and the hushpuppies were the best I’ve ever had!

Wow! I wish we lived closer so we could dine here all the time. The food was fantastic. The clam chowder was perfectly creamy without being too thick, and the seasoning was spot on. I tried the shrimp and grits, and it was one of the best I've ever had. The white wine sauce on top was irresistible, the portion was generous, and the grits were incredibly creamy. My mom enjoyed the crab cakes, which were also delicious and packed with crab, but the shrimp and grits were definitely the favorite at our table. The service was prompt yet unhurried and excellent. The restaurant itself is beautifully designed as well.

This was my first time visiting St. Augustine, and after trying several restaurants, this one stood out as my favorite. The staff made the experience exceptional, especially Allison A., who provided swift, friendly service filled with warmth and humor. Her recommendations were spot-on. The food was tasty, and the atmosphere lively and enjoyable. The only drawback was the air conditioning being cranked up high, despite the outside temperature being a cool 65 degrees—unusually chilly for this region. Still, thanks to Allison A., it was a perfect and memorable meal.
