The staff made the experience exceptional, especially Allison A., who provided swift, friendly service filled with warmth and humor. Her recommendations were spot-on. The food was tasty, and the atmosphere lively and enjoyable. The only drawback was the air conditioning being cranked up high, despite the outside temperature being a cool 65 degrees—unusually chilly for this region. Still, thanks to Allison A., it was a perfect and memorable meal.

The food is excellent—fresh and absolutely delicious. The gator bites are huge and incredibly tasty, the best I've had anywhere on Florida's coast. For lunch, I tried the Royal Red shrimp appetizer special, which was outstanding. The shrimp have a lobster-like texture, and the poached preparation really made them stand out. My husband enjoyed the fried combo—shrimp and clams. The clam strips were large and full of flavor. The variety of hot sauces on the table was a great touch, allowing you to customize your spice level. The staff was young, attentive, and friendly. If you’re visiting St. Augustine, definitely check this place out.
