I had to ask twice for my McFlurry while the girl at the drive-thru was handing me my order.

This location is a complete disaster. If you’re reading McDonald’s reviews, you might not expect this one to be so bad, but here we are. Avoid this place! The s... read more This location is a complete disaster. If you’re reading McDonald’s reviews, you might not expect this one to be so bad, but here we are. Avoid this place! The self-serve soda machine has been broken for weeks, and the soda they serve from the back tastes terrible. The staff are well aware of this, which results in minimal eye contact and no friendly service. This is definitely a below-average McDonald’s. Consider yourself warned.

He outright refused to... read more This restaurant has very rude staff. There’s a short man with gray hair at the pickup area who treats customers with extreme disrespect. He outright refused to give me my order, which I had already paid for online. Fortunately, a very tall man of color stepped in and handed it to me. He said he was the supervisor or manager, but I’m not so sure about that.

It was the first time in ages that we found ourselves in town during breakfast hours, and I couldn't resist the temptation. Since the drive-thru line wrapped almost entirely around the building, we decided to go inside. Upon entering, we were surprised to find that there were no cashiers; they only had self-service screens for placing orders. Although I prefer the personal touch of speaking with someone, I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, the screen wasn't working properly, and I didn't receive my receipt. I hesitated to bother anyone for a reprint, but I really think they should ensure their technology is functioning well if they are going to rely on it instead of having staff on hand.
