Very dirty. Staff friendly and helpful but place needs some cleaning
The restaurant is extremely dirty. The bathrooms are unhygienic, and there isn’t a clean spot in sight. I would recommend avoiding it if possible. After witnessing the unsanitary conditions in the kitchen, I asked for a refund. The staff member was quite impolite, claiming they were too busy to clean and that my expectations were unrealistic for a fast-food establishment. I have never encountered a place so filthy, clearly in need of a thorough cleaning for days.
It was kind of dirty in the bathrooms. The service was pretty bad. The people were very nice but everyone's order was messed up some way (and not just ours, but all the other customers around us). I think they had a new guy at his first busy time. It seemed they hadn't gotten ahold of the kiosk ordering system. They forgot our fries and gave a wrong sandwich, but they were kind and fixed it as quick as they could.
This is the worst Wendy's I've been to. We consistently receive the wrong orders, the fries are always cold, and my son's chicken sandwich was gooey and undercooked when we visited tonight. It also took an incredibly long time to get our food, even though we didn't order much. I won't be coming back. The teenagers working there seem to lack proper training.
