The Chinese Phoenix Express - Feedback

My friend and I went to this place today, as soon as we walked in, my friend was telling me " I know what I want Beef chowfun" .

This restaurant is the successor to the Chinese Phoenix Buffet that closed down a number of years ago.

Good quality food! Always have loved this place, but since having new owners it has gotten better! Definitely will come again.
