What Geeta K doesn't like about Baskin-robbins:
The San Jose BR has a new rude employee said there is no such thing as a kids cone and proceeded to give a lecture re sizes. All I asked was for a kids cone! Refused to give water when our child got something in his eye in the store said buy the bottled water. There used to be a gentleman who was polite but this new lady Dianna has no customer service to pass on. View all feedback. What Reagan S likes about Baskin-robbins:
The ice cream changed my life. The smooth texture of each flavor really unlocked a neuron in my cranium I didn't even know I had! I recommend getting the Rocky Road flavor as it's the best flavor they have and the employees love scooping it! View all feedback.
