My boyfriend and I really enjoy the bentos at this restaurant, and we often order O2 Valley. The #K3 Grilled Taiwanese Sausage is the best I have tried in the area. However, the #H1 Cold Noodle with Sesame Sauce is terrible, and it is outrageous that they charge $16 for it. This is why I am deducting a star from my review. View all feedback.

Worst Taiwanese sausages I've ever consumed in my entire life, and I grew up eating and ordering them from all over the place. So bad I threw away most of the meat, just not worth it. Milk tea was okay, daikon cake was mediocre at best. View all feedback.
I discovered a dead bug in my to-go bento box from O2 Valley. This negatively impacted my dining experience and raises questions about the restaurant's hygiene practices. This is unacceptable, and I do not believe I will be returning in the future.
The food arrived quickly, but the fried tofu was not as crispy as I had hoped. The portions were generous, making it a good choice for a quick meal. I ended up with leftovers which is always a plus.
Side dishes are getting worse and worse. Main courses have fewer and fewer options except fried stuff. It is sad that the previous quality of food cannot be maintained.
I used to like to go to get bentos here. But my last 2 visits were just bad. The chicken was super salty. :
I had the most incredible dining experience at O2 Valley restaurant. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the modern and inviting ambiance. The combination of sleek decor and comfortable seating set the perfect tone for a memorable meal.
