I placed an online order and when I got home, I realized that the kitchen had forgotten to include pico de gallo in my order. When I called the restaurant to inform them, they acknowledged the mistake and said they forgot to put it in the bag. However, they told me I would have to wait until the next morning when the manager was in to discuss getting a refund. It seems ridiculous that I, as the customer, have to wait... View all feedback.
