Horrible experience, staff seemed overwhelmed and after waiting we were handed soup in a cup and a half full rootbeer float that barely had any ice cream in it for almost $11.00. Traveling from out of town and would highly not recommend coming here. View all feedback.

Large local ice shop with the BEST doggy Walk up window. You even have the sweetest little doggy ice cream dishes! Delicious treats for everyone!
I love going here. Not only is it good food, it is a great atmosphere! “M-Dog” is such an amazing woman with a beautiful personality. She takes care of each of her employees (even if they annoy them) as if they are their own. It is obvious that this woman is the reason why the Saco Scoop is as successful as it is. I came for the ice I'm returning to the friends! Keep the amazing work M, I will be back soon!
Delicious ice cream. They even have doggie dishes. Their red velvet ice cream cone is amazing and so worth it!!! I had strawberry cheesecake ice cream and the red velvet cone... If you are in the area and craving ice cream, this is where you need to go!
Peanut butter paradise and nitro coffee make the best Frappe ever, thanks to Melissa's proposal! After the fourth grader meeting in the cross country, we held the Saco Scoop for our own private celebration. My two oldest girls had cotton candy dishes, my 8-year-old autistic daughter had a chocolate ice cream, my 6-year-old autistic son had a blue dinosaur olipop and a playful ice cream. All in all, it was $26 and some changes. Melissa's service was impeccable! I miss the wonderful hospitality, it doesn't happen often!
