Feedback
Guest reviews praise Feathers' warm service, characterful bar and inventive dishes, but note occasional inconsistency in food quality and limited kitchen hours.
Stayed for ibe night on a visit to North Yorkshire. Hotel was very nice, room was very neat and clean and had everything you needed. Staff were friendly and attentive. Food was excellent, recommend it.
Wonderful place in the heart of Helmsley, a great hub for walkers and exploring the Moors. We only stayed for one night but were warmly welcomed and checked in to our lovely room, complete with robes, slippers, range of tea and coffee and lovely toiletries. With a chef cooked breakfast included in the price this place was an absolute steal. Highly recommend. We didn’t eat in the restaurant in the evening but it was very popular and can imagine does delicious food. If we make it back in the futur
Our party of 3 enjoyed 2 meals at the restaurant, on 2 different evenings. Each time, the food and service were excellent. The menu had a lovely selection of main courses to choose from. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and has a great atmosphere. I do recommend that you make a reservation.
Lovely place and very friendly. Dog friendly too and it was no problem staying there, being in the bar or eating with our dog with us (she's not small). The room was very comfortable, breakfast excellent and we had a nice relaxing stay. It is a tourist trap though, expect London prices in and around this lovely town, but would still recommend knowing this.
