Domino's Pizza - Rutherford

Always fresh and great tasting pizza and service is always friendly. Might not be the healthiest but this Dominos is awesome for helping get a quick tasty meal on a lazy or busy day. It's nice to have some food you can trust and will never disappoint. Thankyou for being awesome Dominos Team! ??????????????????????????

I don't know what is going on, but its completely not okay to deliver a pizza 3 hours after an order was placed. If you can meet a reasonable time you should call as soon as an order is placed at let the customer know. I had to order something else becauseI thought no one would show up. I even called like 5 times and no one answered. I don't want to blame any one but if you don'thave enough staff or drivers your priority should be to call and let us know.

I do not recommend this restaurant at all. The service from the manager to the employees is terrible. I called in my order 20 minutes in advance for the special advertised, 2 large pizzas with 2 toppings for $12.99 each. When I got to the store, one of the pizzas had the wrong toppings. The manager refused to take responsibility and wasted more of my time. The whole place was chaotic, with pizzas falling on the floor in the background. The manager also tried to charge me more than the price I was quoted on the phone. The manager did not handle the situation well and the employees did not respect her authority. My food took a long time to come out, and when it finally did, it was not made correctly. Overall, my experience at this restaurant was frustrating and disappointing. I do not recommend it.

We unfortunately had a bad experience with this restaurant. We placed an order at 8:21pm and were told it would arrive within 1 to 1.5 hours, but it never came. When we called again at 9:56pm to inquire about our order, we were told it was delayed due to being busy, but would arrive in 30 to 35 minutes. It is now 11:20pm and we still have not received our order. We will not be ordering from here again until there is better training or new staff. We ended up ordering from a different pizza place, Domino's, and received excellent service. Good luck with improving your service in the future, if possible.

I had a great experience at Domino's. The staff was friendly, the service was quick, the food was delicious, and the prices were reasonable. It's a refreshing change from the overpriced pizzerias out there.
