I'm not a cupcake person, but I tried because I heard good things about this place. The cupcakes were delicious (taste great, but a little too soft)! The staff that helped us was friendly and friendly. We'll be back.
I gave this business one star because I could not give it 1/2 of a star. The cupcakes and brownies that I tasted are pretty tasty, however this will be my FIRST and LAST time visiting this shop due to the horrible attitude of the cashier. I had my eyeon a brownie that I wanted but my Mom got it first so the young lady working there offered to make me another one. Aftercompleting my Mom?s transaction, she immediately went to the back. Now since she said she would make me one that?s is what Ithought she was going to the back for. I was WRONG. Once the doorbell chimed to let her know another customer came she returnedfrom the back empty handed. When I asked her about the brownie she stated that she didn?t know I wanted her to make one (whilerolling her eyes) She went to the back and made it and when I told her I needed three cupcakes as well she snatched open thecontainer that my brownie was in basically threw it down in a pink social bites box, snatched the cupcakes and put them in thebox and took my payment. I?ve been in customer service for 13 years and I have NEVER treated a customer that was even of myworst days I treated customers with Love and kindness. THIS LADY SERIOUSLY NEEDS AN ATTITUDE READJUSTMENT! I wouldn?t recommendANYONE to go there when she is working. This happened Wednesday, May 16 1:58pm
