H... read more It had been quite some time since we last indulged in KFC. We don't eat it frequently and usually prefer lighter meals over hearty options like fried chicken. However, we needed something quick, and our son suggested KFC, so we thought, why not? We ordered a 10-piece meal that included mashed potatoes, biscuits, and more. The food tasted just as I remembered from my childhood, and it was enjoyable to share that experience with my kids every now and then. It was good, although I'm not really an expert on fried chicken. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. Alesha was fantastic—helpful and friendly. Honestly, it ranks as one of the best customer service experiences I've had in a long time, from any business.
