Food trucks are mobile. This is more like an overstayed experiment. I ordered the goat cheese burger and sweet potato fries, and I absolutely loved them! The elderly gentleman at the window was very friendly, which made the experience even better. My total came to about $14 for both items, not including a drink.
The food was excellent, and the food truck park was really pleasant! The service was incredibly friendly, and the biscuits were absolutely AMAZING!
During my time working in North Louisiana, I discovered this hidden gem in Ruston! I tried the veggie burger, sweet potato fries, and chickpea salad, all of which were delicious. The customer service was exceptional as well! I will definitely be returning!
