The place is clean, and the crabs are lively and well cared for. He treats them with respect, unlike others who might mishandle them. Overall, he clearly values their well-being. I can't recommend this place enough!

However, the butter sauce has a flavor reminiscent of pure margarine. I’m not sure if that’s common everywhere, but I do expect real butter when it’s labeled as such. I did notice that one batch was lacking in flavor, and there were a few occasions where the crawfish had an unpleasant muddy taste. Overall, it's not too bad.
