I 've never had a worse experience ordering at subway. Both employees didn 't greet my husband and I as we waited for staff to finish a personal conversation. Then said what can I get you in a rude manner. My husband asked if they had the chicken breast strips still as it was difficult to see through the glass stickers, employee with short dark hair rudely responded no and mentioned they had chicken strips. She then pointed at the container in a snarky way like , duh, it 's right there. As we contined employee continued to look at us with a terrible expression of disgust on her face as she made our sandwiches with an attitude. At the end asked my husband what sauce he wanted , he went to the written list to see what they all had, she then said there right here in a snarky way, insisting that he was dumb for wanting to see the list. We are on a vacation and in a completely happy and thankful demeanor coming in. Not bothered by the initial conversation employees were having. But by the end of the experience was mortified that this woman could be hired in any customer service industry.as I have managed and worked in customer service for 15 years. Completely appalled at the entire interaction.

I was the only customer in the restaurant, yet it took four employees ten minutes to prepare a 6-inch sub. This was at 9 AM. The bread was so tough that I ended up feeding it to the birds on the highway.

They turn off their toaster oven early because they are to lazy to clean it after they close. I walked away with a cold sandwich.

I wouldn't recommend spending your money here. It was one of the worst Subway experiences I've ever had. The staff member working in the evening had a really poor attitude, and they were out of almost everything.

It says its open 24 hours This is my second time going there and they always have that sign in ?gone to lunch? from 11pm to 6am Who goes to lunch for 7 hours? Subway really need to look at their franchise They giving them a bad name

2 employees working good luck getting any service that's if they are actually open. With 2 people working someone shouldn't have to stand in line for 10 mins

During our visit, the employee preparing our sandwiches expressed visible disgust through her facial expressions. When my husband inquired about the available sauces and went to check the written list, she replied sarcastically, saying, "They're right here," as if he were silly for wanting to see the options. We had entered the store in a cheerful and appreciative mood, undisturbed by their earlier conversation. However, by the end of our experience, I was appalled that anyone could behave this way in a customer service position. Having spent 15 years working and managing in customer service, I found this interaction completely unacceptable.

This was the best Subway sandwich I've ever tasted! The toppings might not have been in the usual quantities, but that could be because the employees were working alone during their shift. Nonetheless, it truly delighted my taste buds!

The woman who prepared our sandwiches was exceptionally friendly, and I truly appreciated the time she took to wash her hands and put on fresh gloves after serving the customer before me. We ordered five different sandwiches, and she was incredibly patient with us throughout the process. I'm really glad we chose to come here. She definitely deserves recognition for her great service!
