Subway - Russellville

It says its open 24 hours This is my second time going there and they always have that sign in ?gone to lunch? from 11pm to 6am Who goes to lunch for 7 hours? Subway really need to look at their franchise They giving them a bad name

2 employees working good luck getting any service that's if they are actually open. With 2 people working someone shouldn't have to stand in line for 10 mins

This was the best Subway sandwich I've ever had! The toppings might not have been in the standard amounts, but that could be due to the fact that the employees were working solo during the shift. Regardless, it definitely made my taste buds very happy!

As we continued our order, the employee kept making faces that showed her disgust while she prepared our sandwiches. When my husband asked what sauces were available, he went to look at the written list. The employee again responded sarcastically, saying, "They're right here," as if he was foolish for wanting to see the options. We were on vacation and entered the store in a cheerful and appreciative mood, not bothered by their earlier conversation. By the end of this experience, however, I was mortified that anyone could behave like this in a customer service role. Having worked and managed in customer service for 15 years, I found this interaction completely appalling.

The woman who made our sandwiches was very friendly, and I really appreciated the time she took to wash her hands and put on new gloves after serving the customer in front of me. We ordered five different sandwiches, and she was incredibly patient with us. I'm so glad we decided to come here. She was truly appreciated!
