We had to wait a long time for our plates and food, and t... read more We have dined at this restaurant many times, but yesterday we met up with family for Sunday breakfast. We had to wait a long time for our plates and food, and the coffee machine wasn't working properly. There was a shortage of staff available to assist us, and the ladies' toilets were out of order and not usable. Overall, we were not impressed and would not be in a hurry to return.

There was only Beef or Gammon... read more Absolutely terrible Sunday lunch today with 8 friends. Waited about 50 minutes for a mixed grill which we had to keep chasing up. There was only Beef or Gammon at the Carvery and had to wait for 45 minutes for the Turkey to arrive. Lots of other people unhappy with the long wait too. You need more staff and staff training, get your act together!!

Ordered the mixed grill, medium rare steak! Cooked to perfection, many thanks to Julie! Conversation with a new employee named Danni was most pleasant! Would definitely recommend!
