Food is pretty good, staff are friendly and the pub is cosy. However....the service is *very* disorganised. Even having phoned ahead and gone through the order again with the staff, they lost part of the order, then food took almost 2 hrs to arrive!!! We have heard of others bailing after food took over an hour to arrive. This is a real shame as the food is pretty good and staff are otherwise lovely. The grub a bit better than average basic pub grub. It seems to be a result of disorganised staff and maybe a chaotic kitchen? Hopefully awareness that this is a serious problem, already losing the business customers and money, will encourage the pub's management to put in place a better system. Sadly, we won't be coming back again untill this happens.
We as a family of six four adults and two kids, went here for Christmas Dinner.. not going to lie we chose here as it was the cheapest we could find.. and we are so pleased we chose here .. wow food and service where amazing.. Lovely calm atmosphere we weren't packed in tables where lovely decorated.. staff where so friendly and welcoming.. The food was really good.. both my granddaughter ate all 3 courses.. We will definitely be back next year.. thank you so much to all the staff
Visited Christmas day with my Mum. Lovely food and friendly helpful staff. Will definitely eat here again.
I just dined with my mom at this restaurant. The staff was friendly, and our meals arrived quickly and were delicious. We will definitely be returning!
