They are now using dessert plates, which are suitable for serving cut cakes or cakes with custard. However, they are not ideal for serving a full meal as it can be difficult to cut food on a plate with a lip. In this situation, it may be easier to eat with your hands, like my son does, rather than attempting to use utensils, especially when eating fried eggs. Overall, the smaller plates may not be the most practical choice for serving larger meals at the restaurant.

I understand that staff must adhere to certain protocols when addressing customer requests, but it is crucial for them to enhance their listening skills and accurately interpret customer feedback. Just because a customer speaks with a loud tone does not necessarily mean they are yelling or being confrontational. It simply highlights the employee's ability to effectively engage with various types of customers. I recommend that employees carefully listen and consider their responses before jumping to conclusions. Unfortunately, this visit only warrants a one-star rating due to perceived incompetence.
