Wok Sticks - Rural View

This was the worst Asian food I’ve ever had. I ended up paying $11 more than what was advertised. The food was dry and flavorless. One of the dishes was missing and instead, I received a second container of stale gum that was placed over some unappetizing meat. Never again. I won’t be returning.

I was really disappointed with my experience. It’s hard to believe they could mess up something as simple as rice—it was so bad I couldn't eat it. The meat was extremely dry and unappetizing. When I called to voice my concerns, I was hung up on and told that I must be mistaken because no one else has ever complained.

Secondly, the food quality is very average for the price. I ordered satay chicken, but it lacked the signature satay flavor and barely had any sauce. It was mostly just a ton of salt with over-seasoned noodles. I could prepare a better meal at home for much less than $16.80! I'm really annoyed with this place—at these prices, I expected much higher quality food. I wouldn't recommend it at all. I really wish I had checked the reviews before going! I don't understand how this restaurant is still in business.

Seriously, what's the way with the guy who works on this place. asked how long it would take to get honey huhn, and he started screaming and a meltdown. unnecessary to say left without dinner. I want to go back.

2nd time here and both times just over an hour waiting for food. If it was the best food in rural view might be worth it but it isn’t . Suggest elsewhere as would be quicker to drive to other side of town and back. Last visit one person working doing counter orders, phone orders, making meals. No PPE . I didn’t get sick but someone will one day. 2-3 workers required to run that store for sure.
