Gourmet Burger Kitchen

My friends and I couldn't even go inside the restaurant for Sunday lunch because for some reason the store was still closed. I suggest avoiding this place. They need to hire more professional staff to run this business. Right now, they are doing a terrible job.

Terrible. My family and I went to this restaurant on Saturday night and had a terrible experience. It took a long time to order because the waiter's English was poor, there were three mistakes with our order, and my son was served meat even though we are vegetarian. We had to wait a long time for our food, and even longer for my son's, which made him very upset. To make things worse, the ice cream arrived before our mains. The staff were unapologetic and not very attentive. The food was just okay, but it was overpriced and the portions were small, as mentioned in other reviews. This was our third time at this restaurant and it has been a similar experience each time.

The restaurant offers excellent and consistently high-quality food. Their rewards system is great, especially when using the app as it helps bring down the overall price. The service and atmosphere are top-notch.

Complete rip off , £11 burger looks like a McDonalds cheeseburger just disgusting , avoid avoid this place, terrible value and badly cooked

Very welcoming from the moment we walked in the door was greeted by a lovely gent on the bar who advised us to have a seat and the waitress was over straight away to us We ordered on the app which was fast and easy and food never took to long form that Food was absolutely amazing I had my bacon and cheese burger medium and it came perfectly cooked and was one of the best burgers I ever had My colleague Cory had the Korean bbq burger he said it was excellent and he cleared his okay so it was perfect All round amazing visit and the staff are amazing desire a raise 5 stars from the fat guy food review club
