When we finally got... read more I came in for dinner tonight and was extremely disappointed. My husband stood at the counter for over 30 minutes without being acknowledged. When we finally got home, the food was terrible. I've never been this disgusted with a Taco Bell before. The chicken chalupa shell was harder than a rock, and the cinnamon twists were so unappetizing that I couldn't even consider eating them. Something is seriously off at this location, as our last few visits have been disappointing. I won't be returning here until things improve!

Definitely a 5-star experience overall.
