The staff was friendly and even though they were training new employees, they were patient and accurate. I loved it she was amazing I highly recommend this store.

When one finally came over... read more I ordered from Wendy's today via DoorDash and had to wave down the staff who were distracted while chatting by the drive-thru window. When one finally came over, I mentioned my order, but she checked the register receipt for what seemed like the first time and informed me that their grill was broken, so they couldn't cook anything. I was left wondering what they were actually offering on their menu if they couldn't prepare any food. As is often the case with many fast-food places, it felt like they prioritized drive-thru orders over those at the inside counter.

The lone cashier was also trying to address order issues for previous customers, which is a lot to expect from one person. After waiting in line for nearly 20 minutes, we decided to leave. The drive-thru isn't a good option at this location either, as it places you directly onto a busy street, making it hard for most people to find a safe exit. It's always backed up.
