The experience was quite average overall. There were no hand sanitizers available, and the drink station was empty. The sandwich maker forgot to ask if we wanted toast, but was very pleasant about it. Unfortunately, they were also out of the broth we had wanted (female and Roggen).
I've noticed that there are often one or two flies in the containers, likely because the staff don't put the lids back on once they've finished using them. I've also seen coworkers playing with dough and being careless, and many of the employees seem rude and uninterested, lacking basic attention to detail. The list of issues goes on.
I visited for lunch and was disappointed with the experience. The staff mentioned they were too busy handling phone orders to accommodate additional customers. I believe management should ensure they have enough employees available to meet their business hours. Overall, the service was lacking.
